Dear Clients,

We have made some important updates to our operating policies effective March 21, 2022.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, Lyme testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

• Masks are required at all times while inside the clinic, please use hand sanitizer by the front door upon entry.
• Arriving for an appointment - Please call upon arrival and we will ensure an exam room is clean and available, we will then direct you in with your pet. We will allow 1 owner to accompany their pet into the building, exceptions will be children and End of Life discussions (2 owners present).
• Arriving to Purchase food or Prescription pick-up - We will no longer have a limit to the number of customers in our waiting room.
• We will continue to offer curbside pickup of food and medication upon request (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
• Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method. Cash will also be accepted.

3. OPERATING HOURS

We are available to serve you and your pets during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
